Does Recycle Technologies in Blaine accept fluorescent light tubes from homeowners?

Yes, but fluorescent and specialty lamps drop off at a separate Blaine address: 10040 Davenport St NE (dock on the west side). All other electronics and materials go to the main 1525 99th Ln NE dock on the north end.

Is there a fee to drop off a laptop at the Blaine facility?

A laptop without a hard drive is free. A laptop with an intact hard drive is $7. If you want your hard drive shredded, contact the facility for current pricing on that service.

Can residents from outside Blaine use this facility?
