The Electronics Recycling Facility is operated by the Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority (GLRA) at 1805 Russell Rd in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, across the street from the GLRA office complex. It is a free drop-off for Lebanon County residents and small businesses to recycle computers, TVs, and other electronics, and it also runs a countywide battery recycling program. Electronics and batteries are accepted at no charge during posted weekday and Saturday morning hours.

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM and Saturday 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Closed Sunday.
