About This Location
Lucas Lane, Inc. is a specialized used oil-filter recycler based at Willow Springs Farm in the northwest corner of Berks County, near Bernville. The operation collects spent oil filters of every size - from lawn mowers, boats and cars up to heavy earth-moving machinery and locomotives - and separates the trapped waste oil from the scrap steel so both can be reused. The company stresses that a single gallon of waste oil can contaminate a million gallons of groundwater.
