Frequently Asked Questions
What does ecoATM actually do — is it a recycling bin or a buyback machine?
ecoATM is a phone-buyback kiosk, not a drop-off bin. The machine evaluates your device's condition and offers cash on the spot. It's located inside Walmart at 3322 Ave I, Scottsbluff — open daily during Walmart hours.
Do I need an appointment or an account to use the ecoATM in Scottsbluff?
No appointment needed. Walk up, insert your device, and the kiosk assesses it automatically. You will need a valid state-issued photo ID to complete the transaction.
Does this ecoATM accept tablets as well as phones?
Yes — the Scottsbluff Walmart location accepts tablets in addition to smartphones and iPods. Not all ecoATM locations accept tablets, so this one is more versatile than the typical kiosk.
