About This Location

Located near the Antrim County Transportation (ACT) building on M-88 in Bellaire, this unstaffed, outdoor drop-off site is one of eight single-stream recycling locations managed by the Antrim Conservation District (ACD) across Antrim County. The large American Waste bins are available around the clock, every day of the year, at no charge to residents or visitors. The site accepts a broad range of single-stream materials — paper, flattened cardboard, glass food and beverage containers, plastics #1–7 (including bulky plastics and clean plastic film bagged together), metal cans, empty aerosol cans, aluminum foil, and foil trays — but is not staffed and is not a facility for electronics, hazardous waste, batteries, or large household items. Contact the ACD at 231-533-8363 to report misuse or overflowing bins.
