Frequently Asked Questions

Does this ecoATM pay cash on the spot, or do I mail my device in?

This is a physical kiosk inside the Walmart at 3315 N University St. You walk up, insert your device, and the machine gives you an instant cash offer. If you accept, you receive payment on the spot (cash or store credit options). No mailing required.

What if my phone is broken or has a cracked screen — will the kiosk still accept it?

Yes. ecoATM accepts phones in any condition, including broken or cracked-screen devices. The cash offer will be lower or zero for heavily damaged phones, but the kiosk will still take the device for free recycling rather than it going to landfill.
